Yep, Oller was out of place in the 3CD. Thus he lost. But he has lived in the 4CD for - heck - about 20 years now. And I can't speak to England, but Rico is clean. I've known him personally for 12 years now and he's as fine as guy as you can find. There's not many pols I can say that of, but he's one of them.

Wow you must really know Rico well. So well in fact to miss that San Andreas is (and has been for almost 10 years) in the 3rd CD where he ran originally and lost. And so well to miss the obvious fact that he never moved to the 4th. His residence is still San Andreas.

And maybe when polling shows that one candidate is at 43 percent and the other at 6% (and losing to the Dem), it’s the 6% percent candidate who should consider calling it quits...
